I was laid off due to lack of work 1 month ago. This week my ex-coworker says they are working overtime including saturdays. I suspect that I was retaliated against because of an compliant I made to my manager about a coworker that was ignoring me. This coworker is my manager's new favorite person, even though I was the team lead. I would like to share copies of the email conversation for advice. Thank you in advance for your time.
