I was given provided a separation agreement and given 2 days to conside the offer. I am declining the offer how do I communicate this to the employer.
I was out sick last week and when I returned on Monday with a note I was provided a separation agreement. I was told by management and hr I had 2 days to consider the agreement or other disciplinary action would be taken. I am not accepting the offer. How do I communicate this to the employer?
