I was fired for a co worker making a false statement to our supervisor saying I pushed him. I have texts from later that day where he admits he lied. Do I have a case
Conflict at work between a co - worker and I. He was provoking me about taking his bander for half the day so when I tried to walk away the final time I walked by and bumped his shoulder with mine on accident it was tight work space. He told the supervisor I pushed him and also got a few people to go with the story. Hev text me later that day admitting to the lie but he couldn't back out and tell the truth cause he may lose his job. I ended up getting fired and the supervisor didn't even care to look at my evidence with the texts.
