I took a doctors note to my employer that stated I need 4 weeks off work due to anxiety. I later found out my manager told several other employees. Do I hav any rights to sue them?
I have been suffering from anxiety attacks and my Therapist gave me a note for work to take 4 weeks off. I went in to get something to eat there and a employee at the counter ask if I was okay. I ask why and she told me the manager had told a bunch of employees that I was suffering from anxiety.
