I think my manager fired me as retaliation because I complained on her about something.

I have worked at my job for the past year and a half with no verbal warning or write ups for any misconduct.
A few months ago my manager got upset with me and started making it harder to be at work because it was so uncomfortable to be there.
That finally settled down and last week she called me a fatass in front of customers, I complained to her about it and asked for a meeting which I never got.
I'm not sure she even reported it to her superior.
So a week after this happened she called me into her office and accused me of saying something that offended a co worker.
The co worker wasn't even there and she said someone said I said this so she fired me for misconduct without ever hearing my side of the story.
As she fired me she also made a statement about my mental health because she knows I have depression and bi poler.
She tried to argue with me at my firing and I just said bye.
