I started a new job and had one day of training the following day I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out and before starting my employer said it was fine but they terminated me because “they did not have time to train me due to the time I had to take off” if

I started a job at an insurance and tax company, I got two interviews then the day after my second interview was told I got the job and would keep in contact then got my start date ( a week out) I had surgery set for months prior I let manager know they said it was fine I let them know I was getting 4 wisdom teeth out trainer was to be there for 4 weeks and said it would be ok but something came up for her and had to put 4 weeks training into two weeks and said nobody could train me so now I am terminated!!
