I recently sent in my resignation letter and had vacation approved the week before. I sent my resignation in the day my vacation started and it is supposed to end tomorrow. According to this company they are saying I resigned that day I sent it in at 5:54
I live in Florida and the Doctor I worked for privately, sold the practice a year ago and they grandfathered in all of my sick and vacation time into one account called pto.
They are trying to say effective the 27 I resigned and my letter clearly states I resigned effective September 6
