I received a call from the owner of the company with accusations of making other employees uncomfortable with my attitude. I find these allegations false and unfounded. However I still feel like my job is in jeopardy because of these so called allegations. He asked me to a dress the issue with one employee which I did and was successful at remedying the situation. On a separate occasion another employee hostilly confronted me at work in front of customers and two managers separately and yet was not reprimanded and I'm still the one in jeopardy of being terminated. I feel threatened by this employee and yet nothing is being done about it and my hours are being cut as a result. I feel like I've been discriminated against as being the only minority in the company. I have no write ups and have had no other issues at work
