started as an LVN in 2002, here @ VA in Hou. Injured back in SCI unit turning heavy pt. on 4/9/04. Have been using my personal SL or Annual leave to see my OWCP approved Orthopedic Dr. all these yrs. How far back in years, can I try to have my personal time restored? I am about to retire 11/30/17. I wil only receive about $500. per mo. retirement. I could sell back some of that leave, if I could get it restored. Hou., Texas
