I heard through the grapevine that monday i will be given a demotion and pay cut. not because of MY performance but due to the poor performance of my manager. they are demoting her to my position thus pushing me out of my position. She also has the choice
I have been with the company 16 years. 2 years in a supervisory position at this location and 3 years a supervisor at another location. My supervisor who is being demoted to my position has been with the company a year and a half.
