I have not been able to transfer to any other citywhile there are many openeings

I work for a very large corporation. I am well educated and do a very good job at my existing position.
I wanted to move back to South Eastern part of the country because that is where is came here in san Antonio to work . I have been here close to 4 years. My ex wife and 17 years old daughter live in Atlanta. I am well respected in my current position. There were close to 200 to 300 openings around the country in the same job specification as to what I do. I applied for about 30 of those positions. However, beside couple of interviews did not get anything else. One of the contractors who was hired permanently was trained by me in Atlanta. I know young guys who are being hired in these positions do not have half the education or the experience. One of the persons who was given one of the open position could not handle it and came back to his old job. I applied for the same and did not get it.

Do I have case?
