Can I be terminated for not signing a non compete?
I have been working for a company for 4.5 years as a recruiter, the company is located in Wisconsin and the corporate office is in Illinois. All of the employees at the Wisconsin office were approached with a non compete, non disclosure and non solicitation employment agreement earlier this week. Could I be terminated if I don't sign?
