I have been with a non-profit organization for 3 1/2 years. I have never been disciplined for anything. They recently promoted me into a supervisor position. Then after 4 months was going to fire me. Then asked would I take a demotion I can keep my job. C

Then asked would I take a demotion I can keep my job. Can they do that? And also can they cut my pay? I am on a salary.
