currently on leave for medical and mental issues. 4 bulging discs in lumbar spine, severe stenosis and severe facet disease on both sides of spine. In addition, was diagnosed after I went out on medical leave, with pronounced symptomatic PTSD that was triggered repeatedly by work place actions of boss. She asked peers to jump out at me and scare me, and shot of confetti canons repeatedly in my presence despite my request not to. The diagnosis came from a trauma specialist, a psychiatrist and a therapist that I see to this day. I'm currently on 2 different anti-depressants, an anti anxiety med, pain meds and 2 different blood pressure meds. Have had 4 different injection procedures to back with little relief. Going to have the next set in April 2018. Waiting to hear if my application for a period of LTD to finish all treatment, will be granted from Liberty Mutual. Therapist says that even if at some point I am determined to me physically fit for duty (store manager for more than 20 years) that in no way am fit to go back to the work arena that caused the damage, especially since my request for not shooting something in my presence that sounds like gun shots, was ignored. Do I have a cause of action for retailiation.
