I have been accused of abusing a client that is untrue

*(The incident in question)
TC and I went to the back porch to smoke. TC was standing at the door as I went out to supervise. I asked TC to move so I could come outside.

TC then flat handedly pushed me backwards; in a playful manner. TC was laughing and giggling; I was laughing too. I mirrored TC’s actions and playfully, flat handedly, push him backwards.

TC pointed his finger as if to poke me in the chest, as he put his finger out I grabbed it along with the sleeve of his sweat-shirt.

As we wrestled, I released TC’s finger and held onto TCs sleeve. playfuly trying to put TCs arm behind his back we triped over are selves and we both fell on a chair and to the ground.

TC was laughing and giggling and at no time did he indicated that he was hurt in any way, it was an accident.

Aparently TC recived some brusing to his chest and leg from the chair we landed on. I was told by the house manager that if I wanted to stay if the field of work (careing for mentaly chalanged indiviuals) that I should quit and that would stop the investagation and not go on my record.

I called the investagatior he said that is NOT TRUE, wether I quit or not the investagation will continue.

I did not do what I'am being accused of. It was an accident. What are my options if any? Can they disclose this incident to another employer? Also what recored are they talking about? Do you know?

Thank you for your time in this matter.
Jon
