Can my supervisor retaliate against me for applying for another job
I have applied for another job. I informed my manger and supervisor that I have applied for another job. After informing them they have started taking my assistant manager job duties away and changing my schedule. My supervisor has also talked to another assistant manager and regular employee about me changing applying for another job and that she wants them to do my job duties. Is this considered retaliation and against company policies to discuss my information with other employees.
