I have an approved vacation time for the month of March 2020. I suddenly have an unexpected surgery that will put me off for two weeks in December 2019, draining my pto. Can the employer not allow me to take vacation time now? I will only have 20 hours banked up at the time of vacation. I have already paid for my cruise and airline tickets. Which are non refundable.
