complex but in a nut shell. discrimination, forced retirement, FMLA violations, ADA violations, and workers comp violations. Barred from a promotion. EEOC claim denied, workers comp claim denied. (insurance co. violation) Only course of action left to me is rehabilitation act of 1973, sec 504.. I have job related PTSD from 20 yrs in the fire service. Symptoms had been inconsequential for years. New supervisor and new chief. They discriminated against me and that persecution brought out the severe symptoms my family and I now deal with.I have extensive proof of all my allegations. I need help with this. My S.O.L. expires 11/09/23. I live in Arizona
