I have a non compete but work in a hostile enviornment. How can I get out of it?

I've been working for a search and staffing firm for almost eight years. The small firm was owned by a husband and wife. They went through a messy breakup and I was left working for the wife but was hired by the husband whom she bought out of the business. Ever since she has been in charge nine people have left. Only two members of the orginal sales team is left including myself. I work in a very hostile enviornment with a person that does not have people skills and can abruptly ask questions like"your pregnant. Your having an abortion right?" Or if you go to the doctor she needs a doctors note and calls to confirm if you went. She follows you to see if you washed your hands or calls your childrens school to find out if you attended an event. I alos have a gastric bypass and require to eat every couple of hours but she has forbidden eating or drinking at our desk. I can't sleep, I'm about to have a nervous breakdown!!! And I'm tied to her with my non-compete. What can I do?
