I have a coworker who has made false damaging accusations against. what can I do?

I work for a no profit private school in Texas. I have been verbally assaulted in two very public instances by a co worker who is also a parent to one of my students. Both times were in front of students in a controlled environment, where had she not been an employee she would not have been able to gain entry into the building. After the first incident she we reprimanded by our boss and told that she can not uses her employee status to enter the building as a parent. All parent teacher conferences need to follow the proper channels. After the recent second occurrence I filed a formal grievance against this co worker. I was told that I would be allowed to present my case to the board so that further action could take place. Four days later after I filed my grievance the coworker took a meeting with the pastor of her church ( the school is under the church’s umbrella). I was placed on administrative leave because she has falsely accused of the same behaviors in 2017. No one has heard my voice or asked me about these instances. But I was told the board would be meeting to figure out what to do. I am concerned because she has accused me of behavior uncharacteristic of me and no one is asking me what happened. I feel that maybe because she is a church member as well as a staff member there may be biases against me. Can I do anything legally in this situation? I did not do what she has accused me of, further more why would she not have complained against me two years ago instead of waiting until after I filed my grievance. What are my options.
