Boss refuses to tell me monthly earnings that may allow me to receive my contractual bonus based on collections over 80K. When I became firm with my request I was told he would retroactively remove my pay raise from a year ago if I insisted on reviewing potential bonus earnings. What can I do? I don’t want to lose my job so I simply let it go. I never signed or verbalized agreement that a raise in pay negates my bonus potential.
