I had a coworker that was harassing me because he thought that I was gay, I informed my employer of the situation in writing and when I confronted my coworker about his gay insults. I got fired, I was deemed a creditable threat and nothing was ever said about the statement that wrote about him harassing me before the incident. Please let me know if there is something that can be done about this.
