I work for Clark County, and I was called in about a month ago, about a current harassing issue that is going on. During the investigation, my other coworkers were brought in for questioning as well. During that time, someone brought up something that I supposedly did, which offended them, 5 years ago. Now im being investigated as well. Is there anything that protects me from that. I am also a SEIU Union member.
