I filed an EEOC complaint. The former employer then asked for an extension. They were granted the extension. Now the company merged knowing the extension would put them past the date of the merger. What rights do I have now

I filed a solid complaint for discrimination. My accommodations that were granted for a year were taken away after I complained about not getting a promotion I was promised. I was upfront about disabilities prior to being hired and out the accommodations in writing. They retaliated and laid me off.
