I am the administrative at a private medical practice. Several years ago we hired a clinical director at a high salary. We had a lot going on with a new EHR, remodel etc. Now that time has passed, I find I can do my job and the clinical directors job sinc
Would like to eliminate a position that is no longer needed or reduce this persons pay and offer them another job in the company. I feel they would not want to take the job with reduction in pay.
