I am higher level manager at the USPS who is falsely accused of sexual harr Can I file a suit

This person filed a sexual harrassment suit against me I have been working as a manager for 27 years and never had an issue I strongly feel this is false. Question in the post office do I have the right to hire a personnal lawyer and sue her for slander
