I am being retaliated against by my current employer and have recent proof. How do i protect myself?

have started a file with the EEOC regarding workers comp accommodation refusals. As well as possible whistleblower retaliation. Have on file copies of disciplinary actions taken against me by my company where on one of the most recent it was written and ready to go before the dates of my supposed infractions. As well as refusals to provide proof in any fashion of previous infractions. My employee file has been shared openly by my management and supervisory staff to fellow co-workers. defamation of character, using false documents to deny me promotions or any other status increases or department changes.
