I am a saleried employee in Alabama that makes the same amount every check bi weekly reguardless od how much I work over 40 hours. Because of the holiday this year we were closed on a day that we would have normally been open shorting the week by one day.
I am a saleried employee in Alabama that makes the same amount every check bi weekly reguardless od how much I work over 40 hours. Because of the holiday this year we were closed on a day that we would have normally been open shorting the week by one day. I just got an email asking if I wanted to use a vacation day or if I wanted to just not get paid for that day. If I am saleried can they dock me for that day?
