I accepted a position with a medical device manufacturer in 3/07, already employed, to go into a newly created Global position, however no formal org chart or announcement was ever made or global authority imparted. My position was just eliminated.

Does this situation have applications to a Promissory Estoppel Claim based on my relocation to the area?

I turned this company down twice intially, due to a second offer I had already accepted at the time this company pursued / hired me. Does this have any bearing beyond the sting of regret.

Best Regards,

Tim
