How do I get a copy of a noncompete clause
I was terminated from my position at a company in AZ. The previous employer states that I signed a non compete clause. However, I do not recall signing such a document. I was told that I was given a copy, but I have no recollection of that either. I’ve asked for a copy and have not been given one. How would I go about confirming that the clause was in fact signed, and how do I find the specifics of the document?
