How can i prove i worked?
If my boss avoids ot pay by paying the extra hours in cash at straight time and there is no time card or record, how can i prove i worked? There are 2 shifts. The boss was out of town and there were only 2 of us...one for the first shift and one for the second shift...how can i prove it?
