How can an employee obtain COBRA information when dealing with a dishonest untrustworthy company?
My husband plans to resign from his job and we need COBRA information. The HR department is the owner of the company and she is dishonest and hostile. She does not know he is planning to leave. They currently pay our entire family premium. How can I get the information I need about cost and coverage without the risk of triggering retaliation before his plans to move on are fully set in place?
