Hi, my current Executive Assistant role has always been physically in the office and locally remote, however my husband passed away and my 4yr old Daughter and I have to start over. I went to my HRBP requesting to work remote from Memphis, Tennessee, until I get settled for at least 3 months, or my 4yr anniversary vested date. They are on the fence about their decision, but it's been done in the past.. Prior to my hiring it was 3ppl in this position and naturally I worked a lot, however it's been a lot of back and forth and no one wants to provide a definitive date, I will not resign, as I love my job and I want to keep working - remote. The thought
