Hi I’m a superhero teacher and caregiver; now I need a hero!

Hi from Texas~ I was terminated from a teaching position with a charter mere days, 10, after initiating FMLA dialogue with my buddy in HR (the director). I know there’s no such thing as slam dunk, but...you wouldn’t believe the brazen acts in violation of FMLA (never provided Rights/Responsibilities nor determination, encouraged me to trust that my leadership could look out for me “even without FMLA”),...but wait....there’s more...falsified my school campus in sworn affidavits accompanying EEOC answer. All the evidence is indisputable email and a post termination letter HR director provided me. In it, they confirm the dialogue having occurred days before the termination, and urge me to request a change in status, to resignation, “so your efforts to find work won’t be limited by explaining you’d been terminated”. Thaaaats post employment retaliation, boys and girls. Thanks if you’re willing to, er...learn more. Sorry fun the puns but I have to laugh to keep from crying.
