I have been dealing with kidney stone issues since March. In mid April I had a procedure done to bust up the stone, and a few days later had to go to the hospital again as it was found that a chilunk got wedged in my tube. They put a stent in me. I had to have it for two weeks, then they busted it up and put another stent in me for another two weeks. Because it has difficult to work due to pain from the stent and the stone, my employer made me apply for FMLA, AS I am on a last chance agreement due to points. I was approved for FMLA up to the 3rd of this month, but needed my urology doctor to redo the paperwork so I could get approved up to last Tuesday, when the second stent was removed. The paperwork was resubmitted. Today, the 27th, I found out after work that all the time I had used after the third, which amounts to three full shifts and at least a couple half shifts was denied. I am currently at 4.5 points. This means I am gonna be over nine and will be suspended again, which according to the LCA means termination.

Is there ANY possible means to save my job? I have read that LCAs are mostly unstoppable, but given the circumstances and the fact that I tried my best to work with my employer regarding all this there MUST be something I can do.
