Hi I am a current employee at a fast food restaurant, a couple months ago I was promoted to opening shift manager, then I started school about a month after that, even though I have class 1-5 I was still able to keep up with my shift I would go in at 6:50-12 then class and sometimes I would even go back to close the store the same day. Recently my store manager demoted me, stating the district manager did not like the fact I started school, other employees said they heard the district manager say, "why is she going to school! Are we not paying her enough" he even said to fire me, but my store manager refused and stated he would just demote me, now it makes it hard for me to keep up with my school payments, is there something I can do, or should I start looking for a new job?
