Hello so I started working for a small vet clinic on Dec 12/07 and was discharged on 3/25 after being called stupid I told the Dr I would not carry a conversation until he could respect me. He then told me then get my things and leave. I signed a contract with him on the 7th of December for 1 year contact and it states it's mandatory for either party to give a 4 week notice or cover the expenses. It also states I was entitled to a .50 insurance raise after 3 months . Now he's stating since I wasn't getting direct deposit until February im not eligible dor the raise because he took no taxes out. Which i had claimed exempt already so ahouldnt matter. He is saying my contract doesn't count because he gave me a warning which he did not. And I've never signed anything besides my contract. How do i go about wrongful termination? Or do i have a case
