Hello, I am new to this site. I am in Alaska. I run a marine supply store. I am the only one employed over her. I have been asked to work 8-5 7 days a week for the length of the summer. My pay rate is $23 per hr. Am I entitled to overtime pay?

I have been working for this outfit for 5 years.I am the only employee that puts in extra hours but does not receive the benefit of overtime pay. I am administrative. I am and have been in relationship with the owner for 5 years. He started this business 6 months before we met and I helped him "get there" We started with a handful of boat clients and have amassed a client list of 500+ vessels making 1,500,000 this past year.. The primary business is boat repair, then he opened a marine store and put me in charge of that. It feels as though I am being taken advantage of, given the nature of our relationship. We are not married, but do co-habitat together..
