Hello, Beginning 11/28/16, my agency will be terminating my position across all branches in the state of PA. They offered all of us a demotion in order to stay with the agency. The demotion is not only less money, but the job description is no where near
Hello, Beginning 11/28/16, my agency will be terminating my position across all branches in the state of PA. They offered all of us a demotion in order to stay with the agency. The demotion is not only less money, but the job description is no where near what we are currently doing. I do not want to accept the demotion and would rather put in my notice and look elsewhere for employment. Does this situation qualify for unemployment ?
