HR is talking about my sex life?
I made a comment at a work event about going over to the boss’ sons house who lives a block away from me. Someone took that as “hooking up” and reported it to the HR rep. The HR rep then started questioning other employees about me hooking up with the boss’ son. I feel very uncomfortable that she is going around and asking my fellow employees about my sex life and not even discussing it with me first. Is there anything I can do?
