False information presented to HR about me
Hi there, I applied for a position at my job and since my supervisor did not want me to get the position he told the HR that I was interviewed but actually, I wasn't so that he can give the position to someone else. My supervisor actually sends documentation to the HR that I was shortlisted but actually had no interview. The HR have in their system that I was interviewed. What legal options can I take?
