Employment Termination on the internet

I was wrongfully terminated from my Job with a City Government. Started a lawsuit process and had seltled out of court. Signed documents saying would not bring action against this Government agency. Well, by accident, I found my termination on the internet. Can I open a lawsuit for breach of contract since I can't get a job back with City governemnt. And didn't know that this was posted on the internet? I agreed to resign but this makes me look like I am lying.

Depends on Agreement

The answer to your question depends on the language of the settlement agreement you signed. If you were represented by counsel in the litigation, you should bring this problem to your attorney's attention.
