Employer lying on disciplinary documents

My employer has taken several disciplinary measures against me. They contain outright lies and I have the evidence to back it up. In particular there is one person who is after me, he has a history of this and they allow it. I filed a rebuttal about one of them alleging harassment and they "investigated" (They didn't) and found nothing. I have copies of everything. It is killing my opportunities here. It has destroyed my reputation and defamed me. I am 99 percent sure I will be fired soon as I am on a PIP. This has lies also. Need help.
