Upon applying for my previous position this year, I did not receive an interview. Requested to see personal file July 2016. Discovered the information above in the question. Yes, I did miss a lot of time off as my father caregiver and two pregnancies but it was covered under FMLA. However my evaluations does not reflect that I had a limited ability to perform. Not only do I feel the separation form was falsified, but I also feel that it is a defamation of my character. Out of 12 years, I only received one bad evaluation. Is there any justice for an employee who receives injustice from a Justice System?
