Does the Dr release to return to work have to be from the Dr that put you on FMLA?
I am on FMLA for back issues and have had physical therapy and doing much better and no pain. I went to get a clearance on the weight limit to be raised from 5# to 25# and was told it's conflicting with the original Dr's statment and they want me to see a specialist. Can they legally do that? It's a Dr's release!
