Does my employer have a right to make it mandatory we answer a question?

Specifically I would like to know if my employer has the right to make it mandatory that we answer a question on how are we feeling today? Every day we have to list how we are feeling during our daily morale meeting by using the team website. We have to place our name next to different pictures that show these emotions. For example, happy face, sad face, angry face, hungry face, tired face. Just to name a few examples. I'm concerned because I feel it's no one's business how I'm feeling and to make it mandatory seems wrong and unfair.
