This is my answer to questions regarding my initial question.

Answer to retaliation return question.
The office manager for my Dr.s office applied on 3/19/01 for disability. My Dr. made the update call on 4/10/01. I never received denial to the claim. My Dr. pulled me off work on 3/13/01 until my follow up visit on 4/10/01. on 4/10/01 he took me off work for another 30 days. I was terminated on 4/20/01 without notification. I applied for comp in July of 2001. And was denied by the insurance carrier. What can I do?

retaliation

you have several potential claims and options. I suggest you see a local employment attorney. I can refer you to one if you can tell me the closest major city to you. Your potential claims: assault against the individual, negligent hiring and supervision, workers comp claim, workers comp retaliation, Americans with disability act discrimination, claim for denial of short term or long term disability
