Documented No Show

I work for Hallmark and straighten up card isles. My last manager resigned and got a new one recently. She scheduled a meeting with me on my off day in which I told her I couldn't attend. I have been working there for 4 years and every time something like this happens, there never were a problem. We work part time and even our old bosses boss never had a problem and reschedule meetings. The new boss said she would write me up as a "No Show".

The first email I sent stated that I just couldn't make it. Right after that one, I sent one saying that I would reschedule what I had and make her meeting. She only responded to my first email with the "No Show" threat. The next day she email me stating she would just write me up. Well, the day before the meeting, she informed me that the meeting will be rescheduled since the business we worked at didn't want us to be there on that day but it would still be documented as a "No Show" although I told her that I would meet with her. What can I do?

Also, every word has be in email we have never spoken over the phone.
