Do i need to find legal representation? Time card questions and total time billed discrepancies

I work in a hospital (direct patient care) was at an exempt full time status (no clocking In or out with An assumed 40 hr week x4 years) once i gave notice dt preparing to move to another state, my status was switched to casual. I was never told i had to start clocking in or out out even when my status officially changed. timecards were always asked to be turned in days prior to the end of the pay period. I simply wrote what i had always had which was 8 to 430. These hours were not always correct but i had no training and didn't understand i should adjust the hours if i was leaving early (i know now how stupid that is) my "voluntary resignation" was accepted 1 day prior to my final scheduled day of work after a meeting with HR, my direct supervisor, and my bosss manager.

Do i need to find legal representation?
I'm scared this will lead to criminal charges for my stupid mistake. And I'm further worried this will impact my license or ability to practice going forward.

Please advise!
