Do i have a Retaliation case?
I had reported my Supervisor to the Site Manager 1 week before I took PTO for trying to make me change my Temp Agency Timesheet to show less hours. which is theft in my opinion. I had applied for Paid time off for 2 weeks and it was approved by the same Supervisor and I was terminated 1 week later, 4 days before my PTO ended for being absent from work while still on Paid Time Off. The Temp Agency told me that my Supervisor is the one who told them to fire me for being absent.
